Refund and Return Policy
1. Overview
At Hudson Group, we take the quality of our research products and laboratory supplies seriously. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure safety, we have established the following return and refund guidelines.
2. Returns for Research Compounds (Peptides/Chemicals)
Non-Returnable Items: All research peptides and chemical compounds are non-returnable and non-refundableonce the delivery is completed.
Reason: Due to the sensitive nature of these products and the requirement for specific storage conditions, we cannot guarantee their purity or stability once they have left our facility. For safety and quality control, these items cannot be resold.
3. Returns for Laboratory Equipment & Supplies
For non-chemical items (e.g., test tube racks, scales, glassware, gloves):
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item:
Please notify us at info@hudsongrouplab.com within 48 hours of delivery.
You must include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging/product.
Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return (for equipment) is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (Stripe/PayPal/Credit Card) within 5–10 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the sale is considered final.
